Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Redcard. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Redcard. The source code is private; these Terms cover your use of the compiled Service only, not the source.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (GDPR Art. 8 + COPPA + LGPD). The backend enforces this at registration. Users we discover to be under 13 are deleted immediately on detection.
2. The Service
Redcard is a football app. We offer live results + events, fixture, standings, scorers, push notifications, lineups, stats, Plus (monthly/annual subscription that removes ads), and optional donations (Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum as cosmetic recognition).
3. Rules of use
- Don't use Redcard to harass, abuse, or interfere with other users.
- No aggressive scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Don't resell or redistribute provider data.
- Don't exploit bugs for unfair advantage; report them to security@redcard.pro .
4. Account
The account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per device, no switching (owner decision — see the roadmap).
5. Plus
Plus is a monthly/annual subscription that removes ads. It's the only Plus feature — no exclusive features behind the paywall. Free includes the whole product. Cancel anytime, no questions.
6. Donations
Donations are voluntary and give you a cosmetic badge (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) + Plus free for the period. Not redeemable for cash, no functional features. Refundable per Ko-fi's policy.
7. Content
Redcard doesn't host user-generated content (no comments, no posts). The only user-supplied content is your profile data (followed teams, preferences). It's deleted when you delete your account.
8. Intellectual property
Redcard's source code is private. The intellectual property belongs to us and we do not grant licenses for use, modification, or redistribution. Football data comes from the provider (api-football) under their terms; we don't resell that data.
9. Warranty and liability
Redcard is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the accuracy of live data (the provider sometimes gets it wrong). We're not liable for damages from using the service, except where the law doesn't allow us to disclaim.
10. Changes to these Terms
If we change them, we notify you by email and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
11. Disputes
We try to resolve everything in good faith. If we can't, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California (US). For EU/UK users, this doesn't affect your non-waivable GDPR rights.
